WMAP-Constrained CMB Realisation

Gaussian CMB realisation (temperature and polarisation) with the temperature (T) part constrained using WMAP ILC map at multipoles l <= 70, available here. The TT, TE and EE power spectra used to generate the rest of the multipoles are those predicted by the best-fit cosmological model, also hosted at the website above, without running spectral index. The part of the E signal which is correlated with T was simulated to provide the predicted amount of TE power, within cosmic variance.
